African youths constitute about 37% of the working age population, but account for more than 60% of all African unemployed people in Africa. On the other hand, African women, the majority of whom are in the informal sector have always been active in agriculture, trade, and other economic pursuits.

As a foundation we believe that relying on this demographic dividend, we are able to invent the #AfricanWeWant by empowering African women and youths with skills and starter parks. Thus achieving an Africa whose development is people driven, relying on the potential of the African people especially women and youths.
